Manila - One girl managed to save his brother from the fire. In order to save his brother who was a baby, 6-year-old boy had suffered injuries serious burns.
This happened in Negros Islands, Philippines as reported by the Philippine Daily Inquirer and reported by AFP news agency on Saturday (6/3/2010).
Virginia Rojo successfully brought his younger brother, Joren out of their huts on fire. Joren body of 4-month-old Virginia was protected from the flames with his own body. Virginia did not care if the fire had licked her face and hands.
Virginia was asleep when the fire burned their dilapidated house. "Jesus told me to wake up and save the baby brother," Virginia said as quoted by local media, the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
Thanks to the courage of Virginia, the baby survived. He was not injured. But Virginia suffered burns on his face and hands.
